IBEAM SPORT DIGITAL WARRANTY

All iBeam Sport digital watches offer a two-year limited warranty on the movement and manufacturer defects. The limited warranty does not cover improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, other causes which are not defects in materials or workmanship, or mathematical accuracy of the watch.

iBeam warranty applies only to products purchased from an authorized iBeam retailer.

In no event shall iBeam be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the watch, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price.

If there is a covered defect, we will at our option, repair the defective part(s), or replace the watch with the same product (if available) or with a similar product of equal price.  Any repair needed that is not under warranty will be at the cost of you the consumer.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of or limitations on consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

IBEAM SPORT DIGITAL RETURN

If your iBeam Sport digital watch needs repair, you may take the watch to an authorized jeweler, a certified watch technician, or send the watch to the iBeam Service Center. If sent to the iBeam Service Center, please include the following:

      1) A copy of your original store receipt.

      2) A copy of your watch registration confirmation (visit registration here)

      3) The Return Form with your printed name, address, phone number and brief description of problem.

      4) A money order or check payable to iBeam Group in the amount of $12.50, without watch registration, or $9.50  with watch registration for shipping and handling. 

Please do not include any other items in your shipment.  It is recommended that you insure or send your watch via registered mail.  Allow up to 30 days for processing and the return of your serviced watch.
